I have a long-time passion for one of South Africa’s greatest legacies, its rock art.

Here I imagine the meeting of the ancient with the modern, the rock and the tablet, the analogue image with its digital incarnation.

This means visiting the places where the art was originally made and ferreting out the oldest stories ever told, some of which are still told to the day . . .
